CoNTESA '26 is technically co-sponsored by The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) . Accepted papers will be published in IET Conference Proceedings, indexed in IET Digital Library as well as Scopus. The proceedings will also be submitted for subsequent indexing in Inspec, IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex. For inclusion in the IET Conference Proceedings, the papers must strictly adopt IET's MS Word Proceedings template and adhere to the guidelines provided within it.

Work in progress, research papers, survey papers, application and theoretical papers, poster presentations and position papers for the workshop are all welcome.

Full papers, with a maximum length of eight pages, should be submitted using the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
